The Life Gallery, a five-star hotel in the suburbs of Athens, commissioned us to redesign their poolside restaurant. Surrounded by pine trees, the modern glass-walled building cuts a dash, but the outdoor dining area needed a refresh. To create a more intimate environment, we installed canopies of different materials and inserted low, bamboo dividers to create distinct seating areas.
