This large residence looks deceptively small. The volumes are broken into stacked concrete and metal boxes that appear to hover above the secluded garden, creating more outdoor space. This solution allowed us to create the dramatic cantilever, an architectural feature that doubles as a shaded poolside terrace. The interior and outdoor spaces are unified by glass partitions and by levelling the ground floor, pool deck, and lawn.
